Costa Salud Community Health Centers, Inc. (CSCHC) is a private non-profit corporation that offers primary and preventive health services in Rincon, Aguada, Moca, and surrounding municipalities. Since 1975, we have served primarily low-income people with limited medical care access. Our commitment is to offer our patients excellent health services, being responsible for managing their health care in an integrated way and sensitive to their needs.
At Costa Salud, we are committed to your health and disease prevention. Our Board of Directors is mainly composed of users of CSCHC services, who responsibly delegate the implementation of the corporate policy to the Executive Director and his/her teamwork, considering the needs of the population served.

Costa Salud Community Health Centers is a deemed covered entity under the Federal Tort Claims Act (FTCA) by the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)/ Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), which covers the organization and its employees regarding to health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims within its scope of services.
